In February 2024, our co-founders, Kelsey and Anikó travelled to chilly Riga to talk about community building at ELIA Together 2024.

They are firm believers that collaboration between professionals within the industry is the future – this is why #TeamTranslator came to be, after all!

Their talk focused on the power of community and the benefits of connecting with colleagues. The #TeamTranslator co-founders took attendees through practical steps for how to start building their own community and how it can change an entire career, along with advice they learnt from their personal experiences volunteering and building professional relationships in the industry, with a special focus on #TeamTranslator.
